If a user cannot verify their 2FA, they can submit an Account Recovery Request on the payroll platform. Partners can approve or decline this request, or they can enable Brand-Level Users to action the request instead.
For Partners: Enable brand-level users to approve requests
Partners can allow brand-level users to approve account recovery requests. To do this, please contact your Partner Success Manager or Partnerships Manager.
Approve account recovery requests
- Go to the Partner Dashboard.
- Click the User Management menu on the left side of your screen.
- Under Users, click Account Recovery.
- Click the Actions dropdown button for the account recovery request you want to approve.
- Click the Approve button.
