Businesses using a custom SMS sender name (the name that appears instead of a phone number on payroll text messages) are now required to register that name with official documentation. Partners and brand admins who use a custom sender name — anything other than the standard Employment Hero names like "PAYROLL" or "EHPayroll" — are at risk of having their SMS messages blocked if their sender name is not registered.
Both partner admins and brand admins will see a new "Sender Name Registration" section inside Brand Maintenance in the Partner Dashboard.

- Under Brand Management, click Details.
- Under Sender Name Registration, click the Register button.
