FPS National Insurance Figures Preview

Once you have submitted an FPS (Full Payment Submission), there is an option to preview the National Insurance figures that have been included in the pay run and on the FPS. Follow the instructions below. 

1. Log into your payroll platform
2. Go to Pay Runs.
3. Either select a completed pay run or create and finalise a new pay run.
4. In the Actions bar, click on the Reports button. 
5. Select FPS NI Figures preview.
6. This will bring up a preview of all the NI figures and thresholds from the pay run.
7. You can also use the Preview employee search filter to search for an individual employee’s figures.
