The 'Update pay rates' page allows you to update the pay rate for a group of employees in bulk (up to 200 at once). Updates can be applied using a fixed $ or fixed % increase or decrease.
In order to get to the Update pay rates page, select Payroll Settings, then Update Pay Rates.
