Information on how to upload your banking files

Payment files allow you to pay employees through your internet banking provider. Each provider has a unique set of instructions on how to process payment. Below is a list of links to some of the major banking sites on how to upload payment files to their internet banking sites.

HSBC

Maybank

We support three formats for Maybank

  • Maybank MAS: You can use this format with Maybank AutoCredit Software (MAS). Refer to the following Maybank article called Step-by-Step Guide for Bulk Payment via M2U Biz.
  • Maybank2E: First log into Maybank2E platform, then select the Cash button and then the File Upload button. Make sure to select the Staff Payroll option at the Product stage and the MY PAY PIPE V4 option as the file format.

Public Bank
