The Leave Requests section in Partner Dashboard Business Maintenance allows partners to view and update leave request details on behalf of a client business. To access it, select a business from the Partner Dashboard home page, then click Leave requests in the Business Maintenance sidebar.
The page displays a table of all leave requests for the business, showing employee name, leave type, from date, to date, hours, status, and the date the request was made. You can filter the list by date range, status (All, Pending, Approved, Declined, or Cancelled), or employee name, then click Search to apply your filters.
Helpful Hint
Leave request status changes are managed within the payroll platform. The Partner Dashboard allows you to update leave request details only.
Editing a leave request
To edit the details of a leave request, click Edit on the relevant row. An edit form opens showing the current values for from date, to date, total hours, leave category, and notes — all of which can be updated. When you have made your changes, click Save changes. A success message is shown and the updated values appear in the leave request list. To discard your changes without saving, click Cancel. The form closes and no changes are saved.
Editing a leave request included in a finalised pay run
If the leave request was included in a finalised pay run, a warning appears before your changes are saved: "This leave was included in a finalised pay run. Editing it will not automatically adjust the pay run. You may need to make a manual adjustment in the next pay run." Click Confirm and save to proceed, or Cancel to return to the edit form with your changes still present.
Viewing audit history
To view a record of changes made to a leave request, click History on the relevant row. The history expands inline and shows what changed, who made the change, and the date. If no changes have been recorded for that leave request, the message "No changes have been recorded for this leave request." is shown. Partner actions on leave requests are also recorded in the Business Events log.
