The CP22 form is a government new employee notification form issued by the LHDN. This form must be sent to the nearest assessment branch within one month after the commencement of the employee's start date.
You are able to filter the report using the following:
- As at month: You can change months by clicking on the calendar icon;
- Pay schedule: Will list all active pay schedules within the business;
- Employing entity: Only applicable if there are multiple employing entities set up;
- Employee: An individual employee can be selected;
- Employee default location: As configured on the Employee file > Pay run defaults page.
Click on the 'Generate' button in order to see the following data:
- Employee name;
- Identity card / Passport number;
- Date of birth;
- Employment start date;
- Residence status;
- Marital status;
- Monthly wage:
You are able to download the report to PDF.
