The system calculations feature lets you see how the platform has calculated regulatory and statutory payments for an employee within a pay run. First, it will show you a breakdown of the elements of the employee’s pay. From there, you will see another breakdown of the categories making up the pay/deduction or the calculation used by the system.
Important
Please note that the calculations shown in this article may differ from what is in your pay run. As such, the calculations here should be used only for the purpose of guidance.
- Click the Pay Runs menu.
- Click the pay run you need.
- Click the name of the employee to see the elements of their pay.
- Click the System calculations button.

A panel will appear showing the elements of the employee's pay.
- In the Employee section, click the element you want to view.
