Explanation

The warning shows when the user lodging the event has an invalid email address on the Australian TAx Office (ATO) Settings page. Or a Single Touch Payroll (STP) Pay Event Approver used an invalid email to approve a pay event lodgement. If you have not set up this information correctly, the platform will display the above warning when you go to submit an STP lodgement.

Solution
