The employee portal allows employees and permitted managers to view their past and future rostered shifts. There is a monthly overview of shifts within the calendar on the portal homepage, and you can view other months by clicking the arrows to move forward or back:
To see the further shift details tap on the relevant shift. These details may include location, work type, classification, any qualifications required, the shift role and notes:
You can also set the option for employee's to accept or decline a shift (Rostering - Employees accepting and/or declining shifts) If this is set the employee will need to either accept or decline a shift:
