You can download your super-batch payment data and share it with people who do not have access to your payroll platform. The data is available to download as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file. Before you can download your data, you will need to create a super-batch payment. To read further details on how to create a super-batch payment, refer to the following guide.
Helpful Hint
Currently the Employment Hero Payroll platform does not have the ability to generate SAFF files for super batches, as we only provide the clearing house preferred formats. A comma separated value (CSV) file is an alternative that you can use to then provide to your super clearing house of choice. You can access this from Download > CSV.
Downloading data
Download the data: CSV
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Super Payments submenu.
- Click the super batch payment that needs downloading.
- Click the Download button.
- Click the CSV button.
Download the data: Excel
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Super Payments submenu.
- Click the super batch payment that needs downloading.
- Click the Download button.
- Click the Excel button.
Download the data: PDF
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Super Payments submenu.
- Click the super batch payment that needs downloading.
- Click the Download button.
- Click the PDF button.
