To view employees, click on the 'Employee' tab, as shown below.
You can search for the employee by entering their name, preferred name, employee Id, external d or payroll Id in the search field, or scroll through the employee list.
The employee list will show only active and incomplete employees by default. Terminated employees can be displayed by selecting the "All Employees" option from the drop-down.
You can delete employees from this page by hovering over their name and clicking the delete icon on the far right-hand side of their name. However, if the following scenarios apply, you are not able to delete them:
- The employee has been included in a pay run;
- The employee has an expense (claim) request
To view the employee details, simply click on the employee name you wish to view. This will then take you to the employee's file.
