The CPF APEX integration streamlines the process of electronically transmitting CPF contribution filings to the CPF Board. By leveraging APEX government public APIs, businesses can ensure their submissions are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently. This feature simplifies payroll operations, reduces administrative burdens, and upholds the integrity and security of CPF filings.
A one-time setup is required to enable the payroll platform to electronically file CPF contributions to the CPF Board. Ensure that your legal entity in CorpPass is linked to CPF APEX services and that the necessary permissions are granted to file and transmit CPF lodgements via APEX. If you encounter difficulties locating the CPF APEX services in CorpPass, visit the CorpPass website for assistance.
To enable electronic filing for CPF within your business:
- Go to Payroll Settings.
- Click Statutory Reporting Settings.
- Click the CPF Settings tab.
- Select Electronic submission via APEX.
- Click Add a CPF Submission Number (CSN) in order to set up the business to enable CPF electronic filing.
After the business setting is completed, head to a finalised pay run to start a CPF submission electronically.
Lodging CPF submissions for multiple legal entities within a single pay run is currently not available through the CPF electronic filing process.
If your business requires CPF submissions for multiple entities, you can manage this via
- Separating the CPF contributions by legal entity for each pay schedule to file this electronically
- Submit the CPF filings for each legal entity individually through the CPF Board’s portal via manual filing with multiple upload file(s)
