  • Add a new business
  • Payroll settings
  • Employees
  • Pay runs
  • Approved leave
  • Reports

The NZ payroll basic webinar will take you through the following process:

  • Add a new business
    NB: If you are an existing user, but currently only have access to an Australian business, in order to add a New Zealand business, you'll need to go to https://keypay.nzpayroll.co.nz/business/new 
  • Business IRD settings
  • Leave categories
  • Adding a new employee
  • Import historical gross earnings
  • Employee leave pay rate settings
  • Process a pay run -  specifically what Annual holidays, Sick leave,  Domestic & violence leave entitlements will look like within a pay run, also when leave is taken, what the calculations are showing in the context panel. 
  • Lastly IRD payday filing reporting -  new & departing employee details, Employment information and Employment information amendment
