You should use Payroll History to import payroll data from an employee's previous employment if they have joined your company part-way through the financial year. This should match the TP3 form and ensures accurate calculation of taxable income within your Employment Hero platform.

How to change an employee's Payroll History
- Log in to your payroll admin account.
- Click the name of the employee whose Payroll History you want to change.
- Click Payroll History from the left hand side menu.
- Scroll to the section of Payroll History you want to change.
The options are:
- Change the Payroll History as required.
Important
Payroll history start date and Payroll history end date are pre-populated based on an employee's start date, and should not be changed. This ensures Payroll history data is included in the correct year’s tax calculation. - Click Save.
