Pay Runs - Filtering Employees

If you are processing pay runs for a large number of employees, pay run filtering makes large pay runs easy to manage by allowing you to filter down the specific employee, or group of employees you're interested in.

You can filter out employees within a pay run by following these steps:

  1. Open or create the pay run that you wish to apply the filter to
  2. Click on the "Filter" tab a the top of the pay runs
  3. Select the filter criteria you wish to apply

  1. Click "Apply Filter"

Once a filter has been applied, you will only be able to see the employees that match that filter.
