Create HRDF (HRD Corp) contribution report

The HRDF Monthly Contribution report function allows administrators to create a report for HRDF (HRD Corp) contributions. This facilitates the mandatory monthly submission and payment of the HRD Corp levy.

Getting started

Create a HRDF monthly contribution report
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the   Reports menu.
  3. Click the HRDF - Monthly contribution button.

  4. Complete the following fields:
    • As at Month.
    • Pay Schedule
    • Employee
    • Employing Entity
    • Employee Default Location

    Helpful Hint

    Click As at Month to change from a date filter to a Pay Run filter.

  5. Click the Generate button.

  6. You will now see your HRDF monthly contributions report on screen.

Data management

Download the report in PDF or Excel format
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the   Reports menu.
  3. Click the HRDF - Monthly contribution button.

  4. Complete the following fields:
    • As at Month.
    • Pay Schedule
    • Employee
    • Employing Entity
    • Employee Default Location
