The Occupational pay report allows you to readily view details such as occupational sick days against sick pay, SSP and filter by location and reporting tag. This is a useful and powerful reporting tool.
Generate
- To generate the report log in to your payroll platform.
- Click on Reports.
- Select the Occupational Pay Report from the Payroll report section.
- Select date range, or switch to Pay run to view by pay run instead.
- To run a comprehensive report, leave the filters to all and the tags blank.
- Click Run Report.
- This will run a full report for you.

Filter

- Now use the filters to customise the report:
- Pay Schedule
- Add on Costs Employee(s)
- Occupational pay category
- Reporting Tags
- Click Run Report.
Export
- To generate the report, log in to your payroll platform.
- Click on Reports.
- Select the Occupational Pay Report from the Payroll report section.
- Run the report with your selected filters.
- Click Download.
- You then have the option to download the report as an Excel or PDF. Selecting the file format will automatically begin the download.
