FPS Audit Report update - Available 9th December 2022
In order to help users with HMRC RTI (Real Time Information) reconciliations, an FPS Audit Report is now available.
The results of the report will show you the following information:
- Tax period
- Date and time
- Status
- Correlation ID
- No. EEs
- PAYE
- EE NI
- ER NI
- Student Loan/PGL
- Late Submission Reason
- Final Submission

Bureau Dashboard update- Available 9th December 2022
The following two new features have now been released in the Bureau Dashboard.
Allow restricted users with report access to be copied in bulk across multiple businesses - Where a bureau has created a user who does not have full access but has restricted access to one or more reports, this user can now be given the same reporting access to multiple businesses from within the bureau dashboard. This is done by using the Bulk Actions feature.
Bulk create businesses - When a new bureau moves to KeyPay, the first job is setting up a business for each client. Done one at a time; this can be time-consuming. Within the bureau dashboard, the bureau can now have access to bulk-create multiple businesses based on an existing business template (where a template has been created).
