To view the Employee Payment Summary Report go to Reports> HMRC Reporting > Employer Payment Summary (EPS). If you are unable to see the option to view the Employee Payment Summary Report from the reports page here you will need to turn on RTI.
To turn on RTI you will need to go to Payroll Settings > Business Settings > HMRC Settings.
Scroll down to RTI Settings and select that you would like to enable RTI for this business and fill in the HMRC user ID, HMRC password and select the options that you require on the other fields. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press save. You will now be able to view and use the Employee Payment Summary Report.
