If you use QuickBooks Online and you're logging into the employee portal you may notice the employee portal appears "blank" sometimes with no header or footer.
This is a known issue when logging into the employee portal while you are logged into QBO or directly after logging into QBO.
To fix this issue you need to follow these steps:
1. Log out of your current QBO session
2. Close your browser down completely (not just the current tab)
3. Re-open your browser and log into the employee portal
You should now be able to see the "full" employee portal
If you do not want to log out of your QBO session while logging into the employee portal, you'll need to use a "private" session. You can initiate a private session by following these steps for the following browsers
In Chrome, click on the "settings" menu and select "new incognito window"
In Safari, click on "File" menu -> "New Private Window"
Click on the settings menu and select "new private window"
Click the "settings" menu and select "InPrivate Browsing"
