Submit an account recovery request

You can submit an Account Recovery Request if you cannot log in to the payroll platform because you cannot verify your 2FA. This may be because you have lost access to your authentication app, or something else.

To do this, click the Request to recover your account button on the Verification Code screen. You will be notified once your request has been approved.
