Account Recovery for Partners and enabled Brand-Level Users

If a user cannot verify their 2FA, they can submit an Account Recovery Request on the payroll platform. Partners can approve or decline this request, or they can enable Brand-Level Users to action the request instead.

For Partners: Enable brand-level users to approve requests

Partners can allow brand-level users to approve account recovery requests. To do this, please contact your Partner Success Manager or Partnerships Manager.

Approve account recovery requests

  1. Go to the Partner Dashboard.
  2. Click the User Management menu on the left side of your screen.
  3. Under Users, click Account Recovery.
  4. Click the Actions dropdown button for the account recovery request you want to approve.
  5. Click the Approve button.
