Download Pension Files

For pension schemes set up with Royal London, True Potential, or 'Other' providers via PensionSync, automatic data delivery is not possible due to the absence of a direct API.

To facilitate your pension contributions, we have added a "Download Pension Files" button within your finalised pay run, accessible once you have submitted to PensionSync. This button provides a direct link to the necessary reports for manual upload to your pension provider. 

This will open up a zip file containing the reports.
