Leave adjustments allow you to change an employee's leave balances. This may be used to increase or reduce an employee's leave balance that accrued incorrectly, or transfer a leave balance from one type of leave to another.
To adjust leave, select the employee's name from within a pay run. Then select Actions > Adjust Leave.
Then specify the type of leave to be adjusted, and the number of units to adjust by. If you enter in a positive number, the leave balance will increase, whereas if you enter in a negative figure, the balance will decrease.
