When submitting a super batch payment, you may need to change the fund that the employee super is paid to before submitting the batch.
You can do this on the employee's super funds page.
To access the employee's super funds page you can click on the pencil icon next to the employee's name or Click to View option > Choose Fund for Automatic Payments > click "here" on the Super payment allocation pop up.
Clicking on the pencil icon next to the employee's name which will redirect you to the employee's super funds page. Here you can update the employee's super fund details. Once you save the details the Super Payment allocation dialogue will appear.
Essentially, the popup is asking if you want the updated fund details to apply to all non-processed super contributions. The date entered in the dialogue will default to the employee's start date (if there is no other record of super contributions being processed) but if you only want the updated super fund details to be applied AFTER a certain date of non-processed super contributions, then you will need to override that date with your preferred date.
If previous super contributions have been processed, there will be no option to change the date, rather you will see an example dialogue as follows:
Click on "Yes" and return to the super batch. To 'refresh' the batch with the updated details click on "Filter" at the top of the screen.
