In order to download payment summaries through the Employee Self Service Portal you simply need to click on the "Documents" icon (left navigation menu), then click on "Payment Summaries":
The next screen will list the financial years for which payment summaries are available. The two options that are available include:
- Opening the payment summary in a new screen. To do this, click on the financial year that you are interested in.
- Downloading the payment summary as a PDF. To do this, click on "Download".
Note: If your employer has commenced reporting STP from 2018/2019 and onwards, you will not have a payment summary available for that financial year. Rather, you will be issued with an Income Statement that will be made available via your myGov account.
